We are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) based in Chennai, India manufacturing High pressure water jet cleaning system for Steel Plants (Coke oven Door cleaner, Descaling units).
We are authorized suppliers of Oertzen, Casuma, Woma, HPP-Comet pumps, Hammelmann, KAMAT and few other European pumps.
We built complete High Pressure Water Jetting Pump systems based on the requirements which includes, High Pressure Pump Selection, Design of the complete system, Recommendation of pressure requirements, motor, nozzles etc.

The high pressure door cleaner system will consist of two cleaner station stands for both sides of the battery, viz. one at pusher side and one at coke signed designed to clean the doors presented and held on the door extractor of coke pusher & coke guide machine respectively. The cleaner unit are built into heavy steel structure supported and bolted to the interconnecting platform frame work.
The cleaning station will consist of a lance containing three hydro jet nozzles mounted on a wheeled carriage, which traverses round the door in a circular bar frame work track by a hydraulic motor driving a sprocket round a pin rack.
Common high pressure water power pack, electrical control and hydraulic power pack will be located on the same level as that of the door cleaner.
A high pressure water pump is provided to supply water at 600 bar pressure to the jetting nozzles and clean one door at a time. An electrically driven hydraulic oil pump unit powers the hydraulic power motor to drive the lance carriage round the track.
The cleaner control is designed for manual / automatic operation with push button for starting the pumps and the same shall be mounted on a control panel.
